I am a Garmon player from East Azerbaijan in Iran. Garmon is an Azerbaijani traditional instrument which is mostly played in North East of Iran, Azerbaijan, and Turkey. I started playing Garmon at the age of eight. I won the musical award at folk music festival in Iran when I was 17. I also have attended and performed at a variety of music festivals.
